VALID BUYERS CARD MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF BID!!All Vehicles are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS", with no warranty or guarantee of any kind.
CHEROKEE AUTO AUCTION does not guarantee the accuracy of mileage, vehicle description or title information. This includes keys.
Vehicles become the property of the bidder when the auctioneer closes the bid unless a call announcement is made at the end.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All vehicles are to be paid for by Friday the day after the sale on Thursday. If not paid for by Monday following the sale on Thursday, a late fee of $25.00 per vehicle will be added. Checks may not be postdated. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Vehicles may not be removed from CHEROKEE AUTO AUCTION premises until they have been paid for in full.
Vehicles must be removed by Monday, following the sale on Thursday. Vehicles not moved will incur a $10.00 per vehicle per day storage fee.
CHEROKEE AUTO AUCTION reserves the right to suspend any individual or company's buying privilege.
Delivery of vehicles is available, inquire at office.
NEW BUYER FEES EFFECTIVE January 11, 2007
Buyers' Fees are:
| $0-$499: | $50.00 |
| $500-$999: | $75.00 |
| $1,000-$4,999: | $150.00 |
| $5,000-$9,999: | $175.00 |
| $10,000 and over: | $200.00 |
Dealers are required to pay a $100.00 YEARLY registration fee and individuals $150.00. This will begin the date they register, not by calender year. They will be made inactive until fees are paid.
DUE TO INSURANCE REGULATIONS - NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 16 YEARS WILL BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND THE SALE - DO NOT BRING CHILDREN. ID WILL HAVE TO BE SHOWN FOR ADMITTANCE.
