- Bids must be in increments of $10.00.
- Online bids will be accepted only if posted thru CHEROKEE AUTO AUCTION online bidding system.
- Online bidding stops at 8:00 am EST/DST prior to the 9:00 am opening sale.
- Successful Bidder must abide by TERMS OF SALE described in this site.
- All bids and actions there of are the responsibility of the bidder.
- Your on-line account will show you car(s) won in the auction.
